Delivery and Returns Information
SHIPPING
When will my order be shipped?
All orders will be sent within 1-5 working days except during busy periods when orders will be shipped within 7 working days. We are not liable for orders after they have been sent. Please contact us for proof of postage.
UK shipping Information
UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked - £3.50.
This should take between 2-5 days to arrive once it has been shipped.
International Shipping information
United States Tracked: $8.00 - please allow up to 14 days to arrive.
Australia and New Zealand Tracked: $10.00- please allow up to 14 days to arrive.
Republic of Ireland: £10.00 - please allow up to 14 days to arrive.
Rest of World: £12.00 please allow up to 14 days to arrive.
All international orders are sent Royal Mail Tracked. European orders take around 7 days with rest of world taking up to 14. Please kindly contact us for any updates.
Please note orders to the UAE are required to be Tracked and Signed for.
We are not liable for customs or other charges which may be required upon shipping.
Will I be charged customs for international orders?
As a small business our shipping rates do not currently include customs which may be incurred upon entry to your destination country. We are not liable for customs or other charges which may be required upon shipping.
Please enquire with your local customs as to potential charges.
Please note if customs are not accepted at the destination country, we are not liable to refund you for the cost of your order. If your order is returned to us we will contact you regarding next steps.
What packaging do you use?
All of our jewellery comes in plastic free packaging. All orders come with a By Rae cotton pouch.
Most orders (except for the Travel Pouch and in the event where a large order is placed) come in letterbox friendly boxes.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide!
RETURNS and EXCHANGES
How do I raise a return or exchange?
If you would like to exchange or return an item please email within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in full, unworn and in the original packaging.
Please note the following items CANNOT be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings- due to hygiene reasons
- Items sold as part of a set (unless whole set is returned - not including earrings)
If you purchase an item which qualifies for a free item, should you wish to return your order, the free item must also be returned. Should you not return the free item, the cost of the free item will be deducted from your refund.
Are returns/ exchanges free?
As a small business we do not currently offer free returns or exchanges and recommend the items are sent tracked. We are not liable for returns which go missing.
When will I receive my refund or exchange?
Items for return and exchange will be checked for wear when received and then a refund will be issued or exchange organised within 5 working days.
Free item/ promotion policy
If you purchase an item which qualifies for a free item, should you wish to return your order, the free item must also be returned.
Should you not return the free item, the cost of the free item will be deducted from your refund.
Free items are not exchangeable or refundable on their own.
Last chance items
All our last chance items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. The sale of these are final.

My item arrived faulty what do I do?
We are so sorry that on the rare occasion you have received a faulty item. If this happens please email us at hello@byraejewellery.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.
