At ByRae Jewellery, we want you to love your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy below:
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- We do not offer free returns or exchanges
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We strongly recommend sending items via a tracked service
- We are not responsible for lost returns
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Items sold as part of a set (unless the entire set is returned)
- Sample Sale items
- Last Chance / Outlet items
- Items purchased in person
All sales on these items are final.
Promotions & Free Items
If your order included a free promotional item:
- The free item must be returned with your order
- If not returned, the value will be deducted from your refund
- Free items cannot be returned or exchanged individually
Refunds & Exchanges Processing
Once your return is received:
- Items will be inspected for signs of wear
- Approved refunds or exchanges will be processed within 10 working days
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Seasonal Return Policies
Christmas Returns
- Orders placed in December can be returned/exchanged until 14th January
Black Friday Orders
- Not eligible for extended Christmas return period
- Standard 14-day return policy applies
- Last Chance items remain non-returnable
Important Notes
- Returns received after 14 days may be:
- Returned back to the customer, or
- Eligible for store credit only (at our discretion)
- Returns are only processed once items have been received and inspected.
